SCGhillie is known for their amazing products and they kept us on our toes by releasing their own battlebelt including harness which I had the pleasure of using!

This product is mostly targeted at those sneaky snipers and for me, was a very different loadout compared to what I’ve used in the past.

When wearing the belt and harness, I found it comfortable once I’d adjusted it to suit my body. I wear it fairly loose around the waist so much shoulders take the weight of the belt. This suited me better as I found if the belt was tighter, it would ride up and the harness over my shoulders would become loose. This is all down to individual use. There’s mesh on the inside of the belt and it’s well cushioned to make it more comfortable too.

Whilst playing airsoft, I found the belt comfortable and a lot of the time, forgot it was even there. It was a strange feeling being bare on the front instead of a chest rig and when going prone, not laying on any gear but was also nice as I felt I had more flexibility on manoeuvring around. The only issue I had was when I was drawing my pistol, due to the belt not being fitted closer to my body, the whole belt moved and took a bit longer than it would do normally. However, this didn’t affect my gameplay much and may not be an issue other players come across. 

Areas for improvement I’d say would be for the product (belt and harness) to be available in some sort of camouflage, as it’s only available on OD green, whether this be just printed or 3D. This way, I’d wear it over my ghillie having easier access to the pouches. I didn’t struggle having it underneath as my ghillie is a cape and allows access to the pouches quite well. This is more of a thought for those who want full access and to optimise their camouflage when playing. 

Overall, I really liked testing this product as it's something very new compared what I've tried before. I'm looking forward to keep using it on the field to see if I can get used to it enough to become my main loadout.
